At their July meeting, the Chester County EMS Council, Inc. approved a sweeping revision to their EMS Policies and Procedures. These updated Policies are now in effect, and are applicable to all Chester County EMS agencies. Paoli Hospital Receives Level II Trauma Center Status
Please join us in congratulating Paoli Hospital on receiving level II trauma center accreditation from the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, effective October 1, 2010. With Paoli’s accreditation, the majority of Chester County’s trauma patients will soon have more timely access to definitive trauma care. EMS 'DRAFT' #3 Rules & Regulations
The Bureau of EMS (BEMS) has provided a copy of the draft EMS Act Regulations for review and comment. The regulations are NOT finished being drafted; however, since the document is going to be large the Bureau wanted to start giving stakeholders the opportunity to review and comment.
